09bdt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 09bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with 09bdt, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and use of any content or functionality available on the platform. These terms apply to all users accessing 09bdt from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where access is not expressly prohibited.

By accessing 09bdt, you acknowledge that online sports betting and casino gaming involve financial risk. You accept full responsibility for any decision to place bets or participate in casino games. 09bdt provides the platform; all wagering decisions are made voluntarily by the player. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to 09bdt is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 09bdt reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify eligibility and will suspend or close any account found to be in violation.

• Minimum Age— You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on 09bdt. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction— It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 09bdt is legal in your jurisdiction. Players must comply with all applicable local laws. 09bdt does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person— Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 09bdt account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing an account with another person, or using another person's account details constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information— All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. 09bdt reserves the right to verify any information provided and to close accounts where inaccurate or fraudulent information has been supplied. Failure to provide accurate KYC documentation when requested will result in withdrawal suspension.

Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with 09bdt, you accept full responsibility for maintaining the security of your login credentials. The following account security obligations apply to all registered users without exception.

• Password Security— You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. 09bdt will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• Account Suspension— 09bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or violation of these terms. Funds in a suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.
• KYC Verification— 09bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide proof of identity (national ID, passport) and proof of address before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point thereafter at 09bdt's discretion. Failure to complete KYC will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Inactive Accounts— An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 09bdt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified prior to any fees being applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 09bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.

• Minimum Deposit— The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. 09bdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges at their discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing— Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active fraud investigation on the account. 09bdt reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days where additional verification is required.
• Own Funds Only— You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered in another person's name are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned (minus any applicable fees) and the account being reviewed for compliance.
• Withdrawal to Original Method— Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering procedure. If the original method is no longer available, alternative verification steps will apply before an alternative withdrawal route is approved.

Bonuses and Promotions

09bdt offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements— All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page. Where no rollover is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus Expiry— Bonuses that are not used within the timeframe specified on the promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for checking the expiry terms of any bonus before accepting it.
• Bonus Abuse— 09bdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to manipulate game outcomes, or engaging in patterns of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
• One Bonus Per Player— Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address. 09bdt may use technical and manual checks to identify and prevent duplicate bonus claims.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 09bdt platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering— Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate financial crime in any form is strictly prohibited and will be reported to appropriate authorities. 09bdt is obligated to file reports with relevant financial intelligence units where suspicious transaction activity is identified.
• Collusion— Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino tables, poker variants, or sports betting markets, is prohibited. This includes sharing information about hand holdings, bet sizes, or agreed-upon strategies designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Use of Automated Software— Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the 09bdt platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. This applies to betting markets, casino games, and any bonus or promotional mechanisms.
• Exploitation of Errors— Deliberately exploiting any technical error, pricing mistake, game malfunction, or system vulnerability on the 09bdt platform is prohibited. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the player's account. Players who identify a technical error are required to report it to support immediately rather than continuing to exploit it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 09bdt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and design elements, is the property of 09bdt or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 09bdt platform without the prior written consent of 09bdt. Unauthorised use of 09bdt intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 09bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical malfunction. 09bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

09bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 09bdt's reasonable control (including network outages, third-party service failures, and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 09bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

09bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All players are strongly encouraged to set deposit limits, use session time reminders, and take breaks from play regularly. Self-exclusion options are available directly within your account settings. Players who feel that gambling is becoming difficult to control are urged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to contact our support team for further guidance. All players must be 21 years or older. 09bdt will not knowingly allow underage players to register or play.

Amendments to These Terms

09bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details held on their account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are minor or clarificatory in nature, 09bdt may update the terms without individual notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of 09bdt following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 09bdt, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. 09bdt aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolution. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
